Alunos de gastronomia se inscreveram e cinco foram escolhidos para participarem do evento.  O concurso \u00e9 uma forma prazerosa e s\u00e9ria que a coordena\u00e7\u00e3o encontrou para valorizar os alunos e suas habilidades. A vencedora foi Teresinha de F\u00e1tima Villalta Santos, com a receita \u201cBochechas de porco ao molho de mexerica e arroz vermelho\u201d. O primeiro lugar lhe rendeu um est\u00e1gio no Atelier Gourmet, com F\u00e1bio Yamada, formado pela renomada escola francesa de gastronomia Le Cordon Bleu.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">Nesta edi\u00e7\u00e3o os cinco candidatos tinham que preparar uma bochecha bovina, cada um com a sua criatividade.  A comiss\u00e3o de jurados foi formada pelos chefes M\u00e1rio Mangone (Don Gennaro Eventos), Paschoal Iuliani (Cantina Bella It\u00e1lia de Bragan\u00e7a Paulista), Bertrand Bouvier (restaurante Panor\u00e2mico Central Park Gourmet, de Itu), Ana Paula Bernecker (Le Chef Eventos, de Sorocaba) e Renato C. Sebastiani (diretor da Cowpig), al\u00e9m de Eduardo Cocco (gerente de vendas da Cowpig).
